Archipelago is an OPEN WORLD for “virtual sailors”. Can’t go sailing today? Don’t have a sailboat? Hey! You can practice your skills and have fun with Archipelago! Our mission is to provide a fun and safe environment and entertainment for you.

Our History

This project started as my “retirement project”. I have a passion for sailing and computer programming. What a better way to spend your retirement days than doing what you love while developing your skills? I try, or at least I strive to make Archipelago as realistic as possible. Perhaps you can call this a “game” but it is more a “simulator”.
