Installing Archipelago
Download the setup program from https://papaysailor.itch.io/archipelago-sailor-simulator
This program is available only for Windows PC’s with a relatively decent graphics card. If you don’t think you have a good enough graphics card (GPU), well… try it anyway…it might just work! If right of the bat, the screen frame-rate is jittery, just try switching some options off in the “Other” tab.
As a reference I am running with NVIDIA’s – GeForce GTX 980/PCIe/SSE2 which is a pretty low end nowadays.
Using Archipelago
Start the program by double-clicking on the Archipelago icon (desktop shortcut created by the APSetup program) or alternatively running the batch file (.bat) included in the distribution folder: \Documents\Archipelago\
